14 hot springs in the tiny mountain town of nozawa onsen, all really old, all free. apparently many people in the town don't have showers and can only wash in the town's hot springs. walk straight in off the street, kit off and in you get. so tiny. the one ben and me went to could get 8 people in shoulder to shoulder.
