taken after 1 hour of shoulders and arms with 10kg dumbells followed by situps.
tasted like soap, nothin glike chocolate fudge, god that was horrible.
triceps were fine the next day, biceps were still stiff 2 days after, not sure if there was any real recovery improvement.
